Body Tech hosted by fitness guru Sharon Mann since 1987, internationally renowned fitness expert and presenter, was awarded "Canadian Fitness Presenter of the Year" in 2001. Sharon is also the first fitness professional in the industry to introduce a fully interactive DVD for home use entitled "THE WORKS with Sharon Mann". The DVD series has become world renowned.
A four time National Sport Aerobic champion, Sharon is known for her exuberant, engaging, and positive style. As a mother of three young boys, she has experienced the challenges of getting back into shape and knows the value of healthy lifestyle choices.
