9 FridayBased on the 1994 film Stargate that original starred Kurt Russel and James Spader. Called back from retirement Colonel Jack O'Neill leads an expedition through the Stargate after a group of aliens emerge from it killing the soldiers that were guarding its entrance. O'Neill is forced to admit that he defied the order to destroy Abydos, the world he visited via the Stargate, and that Daniel Jackson, a scientist who was a part of that original mission, is alive and living on Abydos. Joining up with old friends and new allies O'Neill and his crew most explore the worlds at the other side of the Stargate and protect the human race in the process.
