Tip #3: How To Apply Eyeliner
Sounds simple, right? Well, not so fast. As Tracy Peart explains, there are still techniques to know when it comes to proper application. First of all, start at the inner corner of the eye, not the outer.
Also, don't draw one continuous line -- it's too easy to slip up and make a mistake. Instead, apply your liner in short strokes.
What about applying to the bottom lid? Be careful here, Tracy advises. If you have big eyes, it's fine, but if your eyes are on the smaller side it may emphasize their size.
