A subtle sweep of blush across your face warms up your skin and adds definition and contour where you may be lacking. The key to proper application is using a light hand and the right size brush.
Blush brushes Make sure you’re using the right size brush. If you have a small face a too big brush will deposit too much blush on your face and throw off its proportions. If you have a small face, use a brush that’s 1 ½” wide. (diagram 1) If you have a fuller face don’t use a brush bigger than this. (diagram 2)	Diagram 1 Diagram 2
Applying blush Apply blush using the side of the brush. If you use the flat side you’ll end up with too much blush on your face. (diagram 3) To apply the blush to the brush swirl the brush around in the blush and then tap it on a tissue to remove the excess. Then apply the blush gradually to the face; it’s easier to add makeup than to remove it.	Diagram 3
