Serving lemon wedges with your seafood? Gently touch the edge to paprika. It adds a tiny hint of color, dressing up the meal. To prevent cut potatoes from crumbling during cooking (stews, casseroles, curries, etc) , simply add a squeeze of lemon juice or a couple of chopped tomatoes to the mixture. The acid will keep the potatoes intact up during cooking.
