Tofu Caesar Dip

Serving Size: 8
Preparation time 10 minutes plus 1 hour
1 cup tofu -- silken
1/8 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 clove garlic -- minced
4 dashes Worcestershire sauce
3 dashes Tabasco pepper sauce
2 tablespoons olive oil
Salt and pepper
1/8 cup vinegar
1/8 cup fresh lemon juice
1 tablespoon anchovy paste
Blend all ingredients in a blender or use a hand wand in a deep bowl. Let sit at least 1 hour to blend flavors. Serve as a salad dressing or as a dip.
Chocolate Hemp Seed Spread

Serving Size: 12
Preparation Time 5 minutes
1/2 cup hulled hemp seeds
1/4 cup cocoa powder
1/2 cup maple syrup
1 teaspoon cinnamon
Water -- as needed
In a mini food processor whiz hemp seeds with cocoa powder to combine and puree. Add maple syrup and cinnamon and blend thoroughly. Add just enough water to make a paste or to thin to a fruit dip.
