Scrapbooking - We have a team that does an annual “Crop for the Cure”.  It is 22 hours of scrapbooking and rubber stamping. This year they had 83 participants and raised $12,125. They provide:
food and beverages for the duration of the event
a goodie bag
large space to work
treats on the tables (ex. Pink M&Ms)
door prizes
raffle
silent auction
games
vendors with supplies for sale
learning sessions
Tools and Idea books to share
We have the event organizer, Kelly Lanaus, willing to speak to what goes into an event like this.

Cookbooks – collect recipes from family and friends and print to sell. Participant raised approximately $1,000 from the sale of her cookbooks. She is willing to chat about this idea, as well as bring in her cookbook to show.

Quilts – We have a team that creates a quilt every year and then raffles it off. Last year, they raised $3150.  They get together once a month after a pattern has been chosen and all work together to complete it. They have 6 women that participate and could bring in what they have accomplished to date from this year’s quilt as well as the quilt that they raffled in 2008.

Pink Parties – a great example is “Breast Fest.”  This is an annual party put on by one of our teams. In 2008, they raised $16,000 and hope to raise more this year. Wendy Medwid is willing to speak about what goes into a fundraiser like this.

Rent-a-husband – women rent out their husbands in an auction to do household repairs, etc.
