Sharon Grech
Sharon Grech is a graduate of the University of Toronto’s Fine Art & Art History Program, and started her career independently as a decorative painter and colour consultant. Since then Sharon has been a representative for Benjamin Moore Paints in Canada and has been sharing her passion for colour and style with Canadians on Citytv’s CityLine since 1997.
Sharon’s colour and paint expertise is also regularly called upon by Canadian print and online newspapers and magazines. Behind the scenes Sharon has led the development of many of Benjamin Moore’s (www.benjaminmoore.ca) colour marketing pieces such as the Designer Classics Colour Collection, the Toronto Heritage Palette and annual colour trend brochures.
Sharon believes that colour is the most affordable and influential factor to creating harmony in the home. With her lively “hands on approach,” Sharon demystifies colour theory, demonstrating how colour can unify any space – inside and out.
An authority on colour trends for the home, she is an active member and chairperson of the Color Marketing Group, (www.colormarketing.org) an international colour forecasting organization.
