This edition's "Celebrity Chef" works miracles for kids, but is she a marvel in the kitchen?

Half Hour Pudding  
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup    flour
  • 2 tsp     baking powder
  • 1 cup    raisins
  • 1/2 tsp  salt
  • 1/2 cup milk  

    Mix all ingredients and spread evenly in a buttered casserole dish.  
  • 2 cups  boiling water
  • 1 cup   brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp  butter
  • 1 tsp    vanilla  

    Mix and pour over first mixture. Bake at 375 degrees for approximately half an hour.
