Jen and Lynn Carolei sit down with Les Brost, their conflict resolution coach, to work on their mother-daughter relationship and business relationship.

Jen wants her mother, Lynn, to be more brave and more organized. She wants to take her "mom out of the business and the business out of her mom." Lynn wants Jen to listen and acknowledge she's been heard.

Les says the two need to trust in each other and always try to understand where the other is coming from.

The pair sign a contract that addresses their upcoming business plans and agreement to work toward keeping company business on company time and personal business on personal time.
