Mother-daughter business team Lynn and Jen Carolei meet up with Transformers Coach Colin Williamson to help boost their health and wellness. Colin takes an unconventional approach to assessing their health by using iridology and sclerology. It's believed symptoms of disease show up in the form of blood vessels in the whites of the eyes or marks in the iris.

Jen, who aims to manage her IBS, lose weight and gain energy is told to eat more protein and to turn to yoga and supplements to improve her sleep, reduce stress and help make her regular.

Lynn hopes to lose weight, become healthier, fitter and reduce her stress. Tests reveal she has very poor health and is "swollen from the inside out." She's put on a macrobiotic diet based on eating fruits and veggies grown close to home.
