Mother/daughter business team Lynn and Jen Carolei teamed up with "Transformers" coaches for a personal and professional makeover a few weeks ago. In this ongoing reality series airing on Breakfast Television every Thursday at 6:50 AM and 7:10 AM, the pair are improving their relationship, revamping their bodies and expanding their swimwear business.

The first time the ladies' met with Conflict Resolution Coach Les Brost, the pair set goals to keep their business and personal lives separate.

This week, Les talks conflict management. He says the best way to avoid an argument when either of them feel anger is simply to breathe. 

The ladies' learn to ask for help instead of dumping their anger on each other and learn to talk about their problems when they arise, not after they've built up.
