Follow Helptv! host Jenny Adams as she aims to "Make the Crush" (Edmonton Rush's Dance Team).

Every Thursday morning on Breakfast Television, Jenny works alongside Crush dance members to perfect her moves. After weeks of intense training, the coaches will determine if Jenny has what it takes to suit up and strut her stuff during halftime of a Rush game.

It's crunch time! With just a few short days left to prepare for this Saturday's performance, Sarah reviews Jenny's progress to date, puts the girls through their paces on the very tricky "Dance #2", and finally lets Jenny know whether or not she's done enough over the last few weeks to "Make the Crush."
