Mother/daughter business team Lynn and Jen Carolei are working with "Transformers" coaches for a personal and professional makeover.

In this ongoing reality series airing on Breakfast Television every Thursday at 6:50 AM and 7:10 AM, the pair are improving their relationship, revamping their bodies and expanding their swimwear business.

This week, Performance Coach Steffany Hanlen instructs the ladies to lay out their visions and values in order of importance on pieces of paper. They rearrange their own and get the other to critique them. The two learn to respect the other's differences. Meanwhile, great news is just a phone call away!
