Citytv's Remote Weather Host Asha Tomlinson and 91.7 the Bounce's Dylan from the Pepper & Dylan Morning Show are sweating, burning and pushing their way to becoming stronger, faster and leaner just in time for summer with Club Fit's Boot Camp.

Two "Your City" viewers, Sean Capris and Darlene Evanoff, joined Asha in her quest to kick her physical fitness up a notch and compete for the grand prize: two Club Fit memberships. Both her team and Dylan's team will participate in the boot camp three times a week from Monday, July 9 until Friday, August 3. At the end of the intense, month-long challenge, the teams will go head-to-head for a fitness challenge. Whichever team comes out on top will officially be declared the winner and score the year long memberships.

In week three, team Citytv was a little worse for the wear. Darlene and Sean are on the bench, in this case bikes, healing from injuries. Meanwhile, Asha was climbing stairs- lots and lots of stairs!

This week's challenge involved Cathie the instructor, Asha and- you guessed it- a flight of stairs. Click on the "Watch Video" link to find out what was on the line.

Stay tuned to "Your City" every Friday at 6:30 PM for an update on Asha and Dylan's progress.
