Music video production may not be a booming industry in Alberta, but one local director is trying to make a living off his hobby.

Edmonton's own Michael Maxxis is directing a music video in your city for New York based band "Ours."

If you want to hear more of "Ours," you can catch them playing at Jeffrey's Cafe Thursday night. Lead singer Jimmy Gnecco says it will be a very personal, stripped down show.
