Celebrity Chefs with Edmonton Eskimo Goldie McClendon
The gold-toothed running back tackles some down-home cookin'.

Eskimos training camp kicked off this week, with the team looking to rebuild its reputation after two losing years.  One of the most colourful players on the team is Ron "Goldie" McClendon.  The gold-toothed running back is from Louisana, but calls Edmonton home, even in the off-season.  In this edition of Celebrity Chefs, we talk to him and his girlfriend, who is also a name you might know.

In the off season, Goldie also works as the Community Relations Coordinator for the Eskimos. 

Goldie's Grandma's Chicken

1 container of spaghetti sauce
4 breasts of chicken
1 cup of miracle whip
assorted chopped peppers
mushrooms
green onions

Mix the sauce and the Miracle Whip.  Pour into a baking dish.  Smoosh chicken into sauce.  Bake at 375 for 45 minutes.
