When the oil runs out, Alberta's next big business could be the tiniest: nanotechnology.

You can't see it, but it's everywhere. Nanotechnology is the science of small things, and it's used to improve things like sunscreen, airbags, and even tennis rackets.

In a bid to become a key player in the nano-tech industry, the province launched a new facility Wednesday: ACAMP - the Alberta Centre for Advanced Microsystems and Nanotechnology Products.
