Madonna, Nicki Minaj and MIA are gearing up to perform at the Super Bowl half time show.
The Material Girl won't be paid for her performance though -- according to
Forbes magazine, she'll follow in the footsteps of the Black Eyed Peas and other halftime acts and will play for free.
It's all about the exposure: more than 110 million people are expected to tune in and Madonna has a new album out next month.
Her first single, "Give Me All Your Luvin,'" also features Minaj and MIA.
Cee-Lo Green, of 'Forget You' fame, is also rumoured to be performing.
