Fake Prom is an annual Toronto party that, for all intents and purposes, delivers exactly what its name suggests.
In fact, with the exception of attendees’ ages, alcohol service and a lack of affiliation to any academic institution, it’s not that much different than most real proms.
The seventh edition of the ever-growing event drew hundreds and was held Friday night at the Palais Royale.
This year's theme (as every prom needs one): film noir.
And like any good prom or for that matter vintage crime saga, it featured plenty of romance, drama, messiness, sexiness, celebration, danger, deceit and quality stills.
