A Toronto-based company and the Canadian Food Inspection Agency are warning people with milk allergies to avoid a number of desserts because they may contain dairy not listed on the label.

Ilana Robyn Foods Ltd. has recalled five of its Sweets From The Earth products from the marketplace.

They include Sweets From The Earth dairy free wild blueberry cheesecake, spiced carrot cake (700 grams and 100 grams), dairy free chocolate cheesecake and gluten free & dairy free espresso cheesecake.

They were distributed in Ontario, Alberta, B.C. and Quebec.

Eating the products could cause a serious or life-threatening reaction in people who are allergic to milk. So far two people have reported reactions after eating the cakes.
