Nobody seems to have seen anything strange, and yet a young woman is dead after going to a Markham nightclub.

The 21-year-old from Surrey, B.C. was found unconscious at Club Rio and died in transit to hospital.

Police are looking for anybody who might have information about the death of Nicole Le. Investigators are baffled after they got no answers from the more than 300 patrons they spoke to.

Autopsy results failed to provide the answers investigators needed and they're now awaiting data from toxicology tests.

"What's distressing for us is that we can't find who she came to the nightclub with or who she was hanging out with at the nightclub," said Det. Stephen Morrelle of York Regional Police.

Le was seen with two men at one point in the night, and there are other reports she may have come in with a woman, but nobody has come forward to say they accompanied her.

The club is not unknown to police, as several violent acts have drawn their attention there including a murder in 2004. The club was under different management at that time.
