A man is fighting for his life in hospital after being gang beaten at what police say is an illegal booze can.
Police were called to the scene at 319 Spadina Avenue, between College and Dundas, around 3:40am.
One man got into an altercation with a group of six others. A fight ensued outside the alleged booze can, where the victim was beaten very badly.
All six of the men were arrested and will be facing charges.
