Women Warned About "Neck Licking" Stranger

They don't know who he is but they know this - he's definitely strange and a possible danger to local women.

Toronto Police have issued a warning about a pervert they believe is behind a series of increasingly strange sexual assaults.

He comes up to his victims and introduces himself. He then offers to shake their hands.

But when the unsuspecting ladies good naturedly offer him theirs, he refuses to let go. He then kisses the startled females on both cheeks, licks their necks, claims he's their boyfriend and then leaves hurling numerous obscenities at them.

Cops have no idea about his motives or the reasons for his behaviour but he's obviously not stable and they worry what might happen if his strange acts escalate.

There have been four incidents reported so far in an area around Brock and Queen St. West. The first was in March, the latest in May. All the attacks occurred in broad daylight, between 10am and 4pm.

Police have been able to come up with a sketch of the bizarre brutalizer, who's said to be:

  • White,
  • Possibly Greek, Portuguese or Italian,
  • 60-70,
  • 5'7",
  • 170 lbs.,
  • Short, greying hair,
  • Dark eyes,
  • Thick European accent.

He wears a beret with a peak on the front.

If his face rings a bell, ring another at 14 Division by calling (416) 808-1404.
