Durham Regional Police are investigating an alleged murder in Pickering.

Emergency crews were called to the intersection of Parkham Crescent and Colmar Avenue around 12:45 a.m. on Saturday.

When they arrived, they found a 22-year-old man with serious injuries. Tyson Henry was pronounced dead in hospital.

Officers say his death doesn't appear to be random, or connected to road rage. Police are still looking for a suspect.

It's the region's first murder of 2011.
