Man faces murder charge after body found behind bar

David Blyth, 30, of Toronto.
Police have charged a Toronto man with second-degree murder after an alleged beating outside a bar on Weston Road Friday.

Officers on a routine morning patrol discovered the victim suffering from injuries behind Rolo's Bar and Grill at 1239 Weston Road near Denarda Rd., at around 10:20 a.m.

Police believe he was assaulted at 1 a.m. Friday outside the bar.

The victim has been identified as David Blyth, 30, of Toronto.

On Sunday, officers arrested Twayne Ruddock, 25, of Toronto.  He is facing a single charge of second-degree murder.
