A Toronto cab driver has been charged with sexual assault and forcible confinement after allegedly attacking two passengers he picked up in the city's Entertainment District early Saturday.

Feisal Galbat, 51, of North York is accused of groping a female passenger. When she fled, he allegedly locked a male passenger in the cab and forced him to perform a sexual act before he could escape.

It happened at around 3:30 a.m. after the alleged victims were driven to the Pape Ave. and Cosburn Ave. area.
