A 16-year-old boy has fallen to his death from a 26th storey balcony in the
Victoria Park and Danforth area.
Police say the accident happened when apartment residents came home and apparently caught the youth burglarizing their home.
It's alleged the suspect tried to escape by climbing down from the balcony, but slipped and fell.
His name hasn't been released.
