Teen sexually assaulted by man canvassing for gas or hydro company: police

Detectives are looking for a suspect after a teenage boy told police he was sexually assaulted at a North York home.

Police say the suspect was canvassing for a gas or hydro company when he allegedly assaulted the boy on Arletta Avenue, near Sheppard and Jane Street, around 7:30 p.m. Thursday.

The suspect is described as: Asian, 30 to 40 years old, five feet, six inches tall with a medium build, greying black hair and metal-framed glasses. He was wearing a navy blue or black zippered jacket and was carrying a black zippered binder.
