A 66-year-old man has died after a single-vehicle crash on Highway 401 in Halton Saturday night.

Around 9:20 p.m., the man, driving a Chrysler 300, was exiting the westbound lanes at Trafalgar Road when his car rolled over.

The OPP said the man, the only one in the vehicle, is from out of province.

Officers temporarily closed the on- and off-ramps for the investigation. It re-opened around 1 a.m.

They do not believe alcohol is a factor.

The victim’s name won’t be released until next of kin have been notified.
