Toronto Police have arrested a downtown cabbie they allege was responsible for
swiping passenger's personal banking information and bank cards. Afzal Mohammed, 53, was taken into custody Friday and now faces 25 charges of fraud. He's scheduled to make a court appearance on Saturday. Police said further charges are pending.
