A fatal crash Monday night near Stratford, Ont., left 11 people dead and prompted questions about the safety of migrant workers in this country.
The collision was the worst in the province in more than a decade.
It happened around 4:45 p.m. in Hampstead, near Stratford, when a truck hit the large passenger van carrying 13 workers. The driver of the truck and 10 migrant workers were killed.
