A man was seriously injured when he was hit by a car near Finch and Bathurst early Friday morning.
The victim was hit around 3 a.m. on Mascot Place, apparently after a dispute with the driver of the car, who allegedly fled the scene.
The man suffered serious, but non life-threatening injuries.
The driver was later pulled over at Yonge and Sheppard and arrested. Charges are pending.
