A 24-year-old man is in hospital after a stabbing in Scarborough early Saturday morning.
It happened in the stairwell of an apartment building on Gilder Drive, near Midland and Eglinton avenues, around 6 a.m.
The man was taken to Sunnybrook hospital with non-life-threatening wounds.
Police brought in dogs from the canine unit in to help search the area for suspects, but there are no reports of any arrests.
Toronto officers are also investigating a minor stabbing around the same time at a home on Riverwood Parkway, near Bloor Street West and Prince Edward Drive South in Etobicoke.
A man in his 20s was stabbed several times in the upper body, but is expected to recover.
