Gerald Robert Brown, 67, was found dead in his home on Bedford Road on November 4. An autopsy revealed he had been killed by a neck wound.

Earlier in the week, witnesses reported seeing an altercation between a man with two dogs and a man driving a silver SUV.

The argument occurred near Bloor Street and Avenue Road on November 1, between 5pm and 5:30pm.

Officers are looking to speak with the driver, and anyone else who may have been inside the vehicle.
