Five suspects wanted for an alleged New Year’s Day sexual assault have turned themselves in to police, one day after investigators released their pictures to the public.

The men reportedly contacted police at 51 Division early Thursday morning.

Two women told police they were sexually assaulted at their downtown hotel after a New Year’s Eve party. They met the five suspects for the first time at a bash at Exhibition Place and the group allegedly headed back to the women’s room at the Marriott Hotel at Yonge and Bloor around 3am, according to authorities.

The women claimed the men sexually assaulted them before leaving the hotel, police said.

The images released Wednesday were taken by a professional photographer shooting the New Year’s Eve event at the EX.

Investigators said there were about 1,000 people at the party.

The following has each been charged with two counts of Gang Sexual Assault:

1) Rozbah Bahri, 27, of Toronto
2) Parvez Bahri, 25, of Toronto
3) Said Serwary, 23, of Toronto
4) Ahmad Ghafari, 23, of Hamilton
5) Omed Sarwary, 23, of Toronto

They were scheduled to make their first court appearance Thursday morning.
