Confusion among cyclists and drivers on Jarvis Street should end this week as bike lanes are now officially in place on the busy stretch.
The old reversible centre lane is gone. Solid yellow lines were painted down the centre of Jarvis over the weekend, between Charles and Queen Streets.
There was some lane confusion last week when some cyclists were spotted riding down the centre of the street and some drivers used the reversible section as a left-hand turn lane.
