As part of our ongoing celebration of
Toronto's 175th anniversary, we've compiled a two part series in which we sought to create modern counterparts for vintage photos borrowed from the city's archives.
Of course time and human hands have altered some of these locations rendering precise replication difficult, but we hope our compilation still offers an interesting and enjoyable look at a few parts of the city, then and now.
