Three Suspects At Large After Danforth Stabbing

Police are searching for three suspects after a stabbing in the city’s east end early Monday morning.

At 1am, officers responded to a bar on Danforth Avenue, east of Main Street, after reports of a fight.

They say an argument between two men escalated and two other men joined in and started punching one of them. As the fight continued, one of the men allegedly stabbed the man who was being punched.

The victim was taken to hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

The suspects are described as:

  • Black, 20 - 40 years old, with a chubby build. He was last seen wearing black pants and a black diamond-pattern jacket with a red inner lining. Police believe he is the stabber.
  • Black, 20 - 30 years old. He was last seen wearing a red shirt.
  • Black, 20 - 30 years old. He was last seen wearing dark clothing.
