There is one winning ticket for the $50-million jackpot prize in Friday's Lotto
Max draw - and it was sold somewhere in Manitoba.
The ticket holder has one year to
come forward to claim their prize, which is just $4.3-million shy of the biggest
lottery prize ever awarded in Canada. That $54.3-million jackpot was won in 2005
by 17 oil and gas workers in Camrose, Alberta in a Lotto 6-49 draw.
Each share was worth $3.2-million.
