Brock Lesnar facing wildlife charges in Alberta

Former wrestling and Ultimate Fighting Champion Brock Lesnar is facing charges under Alberta's Wildlife Act.

Fish and Wildlife officers confirmed the international celebrity has been charged with three counts in contravention to the Alberta Fish and Wildlife Act.

The include improper affixation of tags, spoilage of skin and edible flesh and possession of a controlled animal.

Lesnar, 34, and his co-accused, Chad Stryker, were to appear in court in Medicine Hat, Alta., today, but neither did.

Their case was put over until Jan. 19.
