Cynthia Mulligan began her career at Citytv nineteen years ago in the "CityPulse" library. After a brief stint with "BT-BreakfastTelevision" as a news writer, she moved over to "CityPulse."
In 1994, she hit the streets as an ENG camerperson and two years later became a videographer. She took on the added responsibilities of hosting CP24 in January, 1998.
In between being a mother to two beautiful daughters, Cynthia continues her work as the Education Specialist and Host on CityNews.
