BACKGROUND:
Born in the Philippines, Kris began her career interning at CNN Washington, CTV National and CTV Newsnet, where she later became a Freelance Producer/Writer. She then moved to Winnipeg where she was a reporter and producer for CKY News and Global News Winnipeg. Two years later, in 2004, she joined in the team at Citytv.
EDUCATION:
Political Science Degree, De La Salle University in Manila, Philippines.
Post-Graduate Journalism Diploma, Centennial College.
LITTLE KNOWN FACT:
Kris wanted to get into journalism at the age of 13 after watching Barbara Walters on 20/20.
