Terry David Mulligan

Host, "MT-MovieTelevision"


Born in New Westminister, Terry was raised in North Vancouver and Kamloops and was a Mountie in Olds and Red Deer, Alberta from 1960 - 1964. He discovered rock 'n roll at local radio station CKRD and spent the next two decades as a radio DJ at such stations as CFUN and CHUM and programmed Canada's first underground FM Station, CKLG/FM, now CFOX. Terry hosted CBC Radio's rock magazine Great Canadian Goldrush for 8 years (1972 - 1980); a syndicated national radio show Discumentary; and CBC's first network video show Good Rockin' Tonight. He joined the MuchMusic team in 1985 and is now co-host of Citytv's "MT-MovieTelevision" and producer/interviewer for MuchMusic. He joined "Startv" as Senior Segment Producer in September, 1998.

EXTRACURRICULAR ROLES:

Principal roles in feature films include The Accused, Look Who's Talking Two, McCabe and Mrs. Miller and The X-Files, to name just a few. Favourite commercial credits include 35 Molson Golden T.V. spots, with Terry David Mulligan in the lead, along with John Candy, Dan Ackroyd, Gilda Radner, and Andrea Martin.
