Ingredients:
2 boneless, skin-on chicken thighs
4 tsp soya sauce
2 tsp vinegar
1 tsp garlic
1/2 tsp sugar
salt and pepper
blanched rice noodles
organic greens
2 tsp calamansi concentrate
1 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp soya sauce
3 tsp canola oil
Directions:
For the Chicken:
1. In a bowl combine soya, vinegar, garlic, sugar, salt and pepper.
2. Marinate chicken in that mixture for a couple of hours. Then put in the oven 375F.
3. Once done, flash fry in hot oil.
For the Salad:
1. In a bowl combine calamansi, soya sauce, lemon juice, soya sauce, canola oil.
