Ingredients:
2 sliced pork bellies 2 tsp soya sauce 2 tsp lemon juice 1 tsp garlic 1 tsp brown sugar salt and pepper carrots daikon red pepper green pepper red onion 1/2 cup vinegar 1/2 cup sugar salt and pepper
Directions: For the Pork Belly: In a bowl combine soya, lemon juice, garlic, sugar, salt and pepper. Marinate the pork in that mixture for a couple of hours. Then grill.
Atchara: In a bowl, combine all the vegetables and add the vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper.
