Ingredients:
1 tomato
1 red onion
1/2 tsp ginger
1/2 tsp garlic
3 tsp miso paste
4 tsp tamarind powder
stock
sugar
fish sauce
salt and pepper
canola oil
prawns
okra
eggplant
bok choy
chili
Directions:
1. In a pot, saute garlic, onion, tomato, ginger.
2. Then add miso paste, tamarind, stock, sugar and chili.
3. Boil, then simmer.
4. Add prawns, vegetables and fish sauce.
