Pap is eaten with boiled goat meat, various stews, and salads. It is a central part of the South African diet

Ingredients:

900 grams corn meal
1 oz parsley
pinch of salt
10 ml olive oil
Directions:

1. Bring water to a vigorous boil

2. Add salt, Parsley and Olive Oil

3. Add Corn meal

4. Taste for texture

5. Can be served with boiled goat meat, wild spinach or other barbequed meats
