Steamed Pork with Salt Fish (Dan Seto - Chinese Canadian Historical Society of BC)

Ingredients:
1 lb regular ground pork
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp soy sauce
1 tbsp corn starch
2 tbsp cooking oil
2 Chinese sausages (diced or sliced)
2 pieces salt fish (match book size)
2 tbsp ginger, slivered
1/4 cup water
3 tbsp green onions, chopped
Directions:
Mix pork with salt, soy sauce, corn starch, cooking oil and Chinese sausage. Flatten out and put into deep dish or bowl. Lay salt fish and ginger on top of mixture. Add water. Steam in a covered pan for 30 minutes or until pork is cooked. Top with raw green onions.
