Hottie Hot Chocolate (Zazubean Organic Chocolates)

Ingredients:
4 cups whole organic milk or 2% milk
4 ounces Zazubean Hottie chocolate
1 vanilla bean, split lengthwise
2 cinnamon sticks
1 whole dry chili pepper
1/2 tsp agave nectar
pinch ground allspice
Directions:
1. In a medium saucepan, combine the milk, inside of the vanilla bean & cinnamon sticks.
2. Heat on medium until milk bubbles around edge of pan, then add finely chopped hottie chocolate.
3. Add a pinch of allspice and turn heat on low. Stir or whisk the chocolate until it completely melts in the milk. Check for heat, sift out chili pepper if the heat level exceeds desired level.
4. Remove vanilla bean and cinnamon stick and add in agave nectar for sweetness.
5. Place in serving cup, whisk & serve!
